Terms of use

We are a listing marketplace. Brokers and charter operators publish yachts for sale and for charter; guests browse, save yachts and send requests. We are not a broker, a charter company, an agent or a party to any sale or charter. Any contract is between the guest and the broker or operator. We do not take charter payments or deposits.

Searching, saving yachts and sending requests is free. A request is not a booking. Availability, price, VAT and terms are confirmed by the broker or operator, never by this site or by the AI assistant. Check the vessel, the operator's licence and the contract before you pay anyone.

• You may list only yachts you are authorised to offer, with accurate facts. You must have the right to use every photo and video you upload.
• You are responsible for your listings, prices, licences and for answering enquiries. We may hide or remove a listing that is inaccurate, misleading or unlawful.
• The AI listing assistant only suggests text from your notes and photos. You review and approve what is published and remain responsible for it.
• Directory profiles of companies are built from public business information. A company can ask us to correct, claim or remove its profile at any time.

• Prices are shown before VAT. VAT or other tax is added on the invoice according to the billing country and VAT number you give us. If you give a VAT number we check it with the EU VIES service.
• You pay each invoice by the link or bank details on it, within the days stated. A plan or feature starts when we confirm the payment, not when you press “I have paid”.
• Plans are prepaid for the period you choose and do not renew automatically; we email a reminder before they end.
• Refunds: if we cannot provide what you paid for, we refund it. Otherwise fees for a period already started are not refundable, except where the law gives you a right to withdraw. Contact us within 14 days if you think you are entitled to a refund.
• Card payments are processed by PayPal, Wise or Skydo under their own terms. We never see card numbers.

Keep your password private. Do not scrape the site, upload malware, impersonate others, post unlawful content or try to bypass limits. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

The site is provided as is. Listings are supplied by third parties and AI suggestions can be wrong. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from a transaction between users, and our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and we will email brokers about material changes. Disputes are governed by the law of the country in which Aimamoth is established, without removing any consumer protection that applies to you by law.
